Usages and Dosage:

1.ALDC Liquor
    Recommended dosage is 1¡«1.5Kg/100T cold wort, i.e. 10ppm-15ppm¡£There are two ways to use ALDC liquor:
(1) ALDC is mixed with the cold wort just before the fermentation beginning.
(2) In order to eliminate the rebound of the diacetyl during beer storage, ALDC could be added just after beer filtration and before canned.
2.ALDC Powder
    We successfully developed ALDC powder, and the activity of the powder obtains 100,000 Units/gram, it means that 1KG ALDC powder equals 20KGS ALDC Liquor. It's easier to transport and store.
